Light yellow color. Vibrant aromas of ripe white fruit such as ripe pear, lychee and a hint of white flowers. Fruity but nicely structured and elegant style. Full, round and balanced experience. Tasty, long finish that confirms the previous impressions giving a great sense of finesse.
Shellfish such as oysters and mussels, seafood and grilled fish or other fish dishes (without heavy sauce). Also delicious with soft to medium matured goat cheeses.
